We are excited to announce that the lovely Rhia Shah will be back teaching for a few weeks this summer from July 3rd – August 15th! Please check the schedule for dates and times for Rhia’s classes.
Rhia’s wonderful mom is responsible for introducing her to the world of yoga, practicing with her as an eight year old on their living room floor. For years after, she practiced on and off and post-college graduation, realized she wanted to make it a bigger part of her life. Rhia enrolled in the Shanti Yoga Shala 200-hour teacher training program as a way to deepen her practice and gain the skills to begin teaching others. Rhia sees yoga as an ideal way to balance the demands of daily stressors, while growing stronger physically and spiritually. Her classes are both challenging and educational and her lighted-hearted nature creates an environment where students of all levels can explore their practice. Rhia sees herself as a perpetual student and is currently enrolled in the 300 hour mentorship program. She looks forward to continue sharing all she has learned with her students and learning from them too!
