Take advantage of a more intimate environment and focus on the fundamentals. Each week of the month features a concentration: standing poses, forward bends, back bends, and finally inversions. This course is ideally suited to guide Beginner’s through the initial journey into yoga. This is a perfect way for you to start yoga in a relaxed, comfortable and nurturing environment.
This class is for absolutely anyone of any age, shape or size to experience the many benefits of yoga. No experience or flexibility required. Focus is on the correct positioning of basic yoga postures within one’s own body, while using props to increase the freedom and mobility of the body while concentrating on the breath to quiet the mind.
This class will dive deep into all asanas with a non-aggressive approach and moderate pace which allows you to dissolve into a more open, graceful body and relax into a steady mind.
