Once a Month Sadhana Vinyasa

Sadhana (“accomplishing”): spiritual discipline leading to siddhi (“perfection” or “accomplishment”) These 90 minute vinyasa classes are mini-workshops, comprised of 1) Yoga Philosophy, 2) Meditation, 3) Guided Asana, 4) Freeform, 5) Deep relaxation.
